Change management is an outdated concept. I see the current organizational challenges not in “managing” “change”, but in mastering the complexity, the volatility and the reality of life and the emerging patterns and needs of organizations.

Mastering complexity with grace

Simplicity and radical reduction are the most adequate and elegant ways to master complexity. But it is not easy, as this needs a clear mind, and courage to let got of common and well trained practices. Even and especially when dealing with large organizations, reduction and simplicity are incredibly powerful principles and we see the direct results and feedback from people, that are oriented, empowered and aligned in a world, that can not be managed by prediction and control.
