This is my new blog. Some people asked me, where they can read about my work and what I am doing, the experience we have from working with organizations around the world. So I sat down and started a “book”, in German, in English, called “Personal Mastery”, called “Managing Complexity”, called “Taking out the break” or “Bringing in the magic” – after a great start I lost interest. So I rather start my own blog, to prevent ideas from sitting in my brain and waiting for the right moment, the right chapter and the right book to fit in. And more important I love the possibility of interacting, of getting comments and of the “live” or living character of a blog. I am excited to get started and hope, you will enjoy it too!
